About Me
I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and I have been practising for several years in both inner-city London and Hampshire counselling agencies. I now have a private practice in both Winchester and Alresford where I see clients with a multitude of different presentations. To ensure I work ethically, I am a registered member of the BACP and adhere closely to their Code of Ethics.

Who and what issues do I work with?
I offer both long-term therapy and shorter-term counselling to adults from 18 years old, both face-to-face and online. I value keeping the therapy I offer as organic and client-centred as possible, whilst ensuring we have a joint vision of the clients hopes and goals to get the most out of our work together.
I commonly work with clients experiencing: stress, grief, loss, anxiety, trauma (childhood and adult), depression, low mood, low motivation, low self-esteem, a sense of emptiness, relationship issues and identity confusion. I also see clients who are looking for personal growth and development, contentment or a sense of purpose.

I have a particular interest in the link between mental and physical health, trauma and childhood family dynamics. If they are keen, I like to work creatively with my clients to help them get in touch with different parts of themselves.
Although I use Transactional Analysis as a framework, I draw on a range of approaches and philosophies to inform my practice. We can work creatively in many ways, through talking, dreams, drawing,
